Echo Park or Silver Lake: which home fits your stay?

A month away needs more than a place to sleep. Think about how you want to spend your time at home, who is travelling with you and the places you will visit regularly. These two furnished Los Angeles houses offer different spaces for an extended stay.

Echo Park: Hilltop Muse

Choose Hilltop Muse in Echo Park if a private wraparound garden, a hot tub and Los Angeles skyline views are central to your plans. The house brings classic character together with contemporary interiors, with outdoor space to enjoy between days out in the city.

Silver Lake: your own standalone home

Choose our Silver Lake house if two king bedrooms and a standalone home with no adjoining walls are a good fit for your group. Blackout privacy blinds help you make the space your own during a longer visit.

How to plan a furnished stay of a month or longer

1. Choose your full dates. Include your arrival and departure dates, plus any flexibility. Thirty nights is the current minimum for both Los Angeles homes; a calendar month can contain a different number of nights.
2. Compare your regular journeys. Consider where you expect to work, visit family or spend time. Ask Sarah about the home's location before choosing your base, then check routes for the days and times you expect to travel.
3. Check the details that matter to your group. Send your guest count and ask about bed arrangements, parking, pets, Wi-Fi, workspaces or access requirements. Have any essential requirement confirmed for your particular stay.
4. Request a full quote. Ask what is included, what additional charges apply, and what payment and cancellation terms would apply before confirming a booking.

What does the availability calendar tell me?

Our availability page imports blocked dates from each home's Airbnb calendar. Crossed-out nights are unavailable. Other dates are open for enquiries; they are not a confirmed reservation or a guarantee of availability.

Select your preferred home and dates, then send your enquiry. Sarah will confirm availability, a full quote and booking terms. If your dates are flexible, include the alternatives in your message. For dates far in the future, ask Sarah directly rather than assuming the calendar is open for bookings.

Can I stay for fewer than 30 nights?

Echo Park and Silver Lake currently require stays of 30 nights or more. Please plan around that minimum. Our Newhall home is a separate property in Santa Clarita, north of the city of Los Angeles; ask about its minimum stay and compare its location with your plans.
